CASA DEL SOLA  is situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, a few minutes drive from the medieval village of Castelnou, which is classified as one of the “Plus Beaux Villages de France”. The historic market town of Thuir, with shops and restaurants, is within a ten minute drive.

The villa, set in half an acre, has a very spacious living area with French windows opening onto a south facing terrace with a small private pool. From the terrace there are uninterrupted views from the Mediterranean in the east to Mount Canigou in the west.

Part of a Catalan Mas, Casa del Sola provides comfortable accommodation for four people. Access to the mezzanine double bedroom is via a spiral staircase (not suitable for the elderly or the very young) and there is a twin-bedded room on the ground floor. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs bathroom with corner bath and shower.
Linen and towels are provided along with WiFi, DVD, Video, HiFi and BBQ / Plancha.
